We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Polish Act on the Protection of Personal Data. All processing takes place on servers located in the European Union.

2. Visitors of this website

When you visit tabletalks.com we process:

  • Server logs (IP address, browser, pages viewed, timestamps) to run and secure the site. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Kept for 30 days.
  • Demo request form (first and last name, email address, phone number, restaurant or business name, and an optional comment) when you ask for a demo by pressing "Book a demo". The request is stored in a Google Sheets spreadsheet provided by our processor Google Ireland Limited (Google Workspace). Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b)). Kept for the duration of our conversation and up to 12 months after.
  • Analytics cookies, only if you accept them (see section 5). Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
  • Calls to our demo restaurant number are handled by a TableTalks agent and recorded for quality purposes; you are informed at the start of the call. Legal basis: consent, given by continuing the call. Recordings are deleted after 30 days.

3. Restaurant guests who call a TableTalks-powered line

If you call a restaurant that uses TableTalks, the restaurant is the data controller and SkillMatch sp. z o.o. acts as its data processor under a data-processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). On the restaurant's behalf we process:

  • your phone number and the time of the call;
  • the audio of the conversation and its transcript, to understand your request;
  • the details you provide for a booking or order (name, party size, time, order items, allergies you mention);
  • the SMS confirmation sent to your number.

The assistant tells you at the start of the call that it is an AI phone assistant. Speech is processed in real time by EU-hosted speech-to-text and language models; no audio is used to train third-party models. Recordings and transcripts are kept for the period set by the restaurant (by default 90 days) and then deleted.

To exercise your rights over this data, contact the restaurant you called. You may also contact us at privacy@tabletalks.com and we will forward your request.

4. Restaurant clients and their staff

For restaurants that use TableTalks we process contact and billing details of the business and its contact persons, configuration data (menu, opening hours, table layout, forwarding rules) and access credentials to connected systems (reservation system, POS, SMS provider). Legal basis: performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) and legal obligations such as accounting (Art. 6(1)(c)). Kept for the contract term and the statutory retention period thereafter.

5. Cookies

We ask for your consent before setting any non-essential cookie. You can change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer.
